As title, need recommendations for someone who can prep and paint my Firenza at a reasonable price and not take forever doing the job. I want first hand experiance rather than hearsay (been there before ).

I would use the guy that did my Sierra but he's very slow! Anyone in that game that wants their engine rebuilt or something like that? haha..

The body is rust free and only has a couple of minor parking dents, the worst bit is the n/s 1/4 as that has a ripple when look at it in the light.



Tunnel and bulkhead need priming and painting too...

Theres a place near me ( Stourbridge ) that does amazing resto's alongside premium car insurance repairs that I went to look round a number of times when I was looking to have my old car repainted. They also did a bare metal job on my mates car which is superb still after about 8 years.

Shame your so far away,the lad who used to work for me would have loved to get his teeth into that.would have done a superb job for you at a very reasonable price.if have the space he would have done it in place for you as well as he's out of work right now.

Danny, distance isn't any issue whatsoever to me. Pm me an idea of cost if you like, want it done in a metalic colour. Interior will be completely trimmed so only needs priming and misting over with colour. Engine bay obviously needs painting too.... I'd take care of the underside.

Trev/Danny will do a good job Martin Ive seen loads of Trev's work over the years.

 

L&D paintwork, now had 2 bumpers done by him, not the cheapest but does give 10 year rust warranty on all his work, even the bumpers!!

I arranged for Danny to do quite a bit of work on a mates car, stunning work, good price and quick turn around! My car will be going there very soon for underside and engine bay paint

 

I'm in talks with Danny right now.

 

martin doesn karl norris have a bodyshop place? heard the lad in there is really really good

 

Solihull Body Works did my front bumper it's a really nice finish i'm going to get them to do the whole car eventually.
