hi , what is the exact difference between a COSWORTH ZF PLATED REAR DIFF and a quaife atb lsd diff , which is the strongest of them ?

going by what i remember from lee's (user name porkie) reyland 3 door running approx 600bhp the zf plated diff coped very well and he highly recommended them,

il have a dig around for a previous topic regarding rear cosworth diff's
