escort rs turbo with 4x4 cosworth running gear,

the car was a brand new shell converted for 4x4 cosworth running gear i bought it as a bareshell, and i have had all the work done to the car to get it to the spec as it is just now,
i have pics of before the build and during the build,

the car is booked as a escort rs turbo,

the spec of the car is :

8:5:1 compresstion ratio,
black siemans injectors,
bd14 cam,
turbo technics t38 turbo,
26mm ported head,
air injection,
brand new pro alloy intercooler,
brand new pro alloy 60mm radiator,
slimline fans,
big wing sump,
19 row oil cooler,
pectel loom,
full stainless exhaust,
flamer kit,
fuel swirl pot under the car,
samco hoses,
standard cosworth 4x4x brakes all round,
coilovers,

the car has had a full respray in white not long ago,
new refurbished rs turbo alloys good tyres all round,
every light on the car is brand new,
rs turbo dash could do with getting a fuel gauage and rev counter,
just had the steering wheel re trimmed,
new front windscreen and new back window,

i got the engine out of a sierra 4x4 that i broke to build this car and it was live mapped at msd in blackpool,
the car is running roughly 450bhp, it pulls like a train,

i sold this car a few months ago and i was really wanting this car back and i did, but in the end i really cant afford to have this car, i am really gutted alot of hard work and time has went into this car, but i need to go for something a bit cheaper,

yes mate there is alot of pictures in my photobucket, the 2 front seats are not in good nick but i have seat covers over them to take the bad look away from them,

yes it has power steering, and the bonnet has bonnet raisers on it, too let a bit of extra heat out, but everyone i speak too thinks it is just a standard rs turbo with the raisers on it haha

 

Thats mint even the wheels sit in the arches and dont stick out like these conversions sometimes do.

 

What rear axle is it mate? Just it looks too narrow the way the wheels sit for it to be standard sierra

hey mate, i didnt know you got this back again! Christ i went and bought a focus rs a couple of weeks ago! .....Damn it! i wish i knew, would have loved a spin in the passenger seat, still dont know what mine will feel like when i build it. Going away tomorrow to work so doubt i would manage to get a spiin in yer monster.

thanks for the comments thsi car is in daily use so the car under the bonnet is a bit dirty, i am going to put a decent dash board init today, the longer i have this car the longer i wish i could keep it haha

 

i asked the missus..................she threw a wobbler mate. I would have it off you tomorrow but after the recent purchases and building the mk3 she wont have it mate. I might get it one day!
