I have a mk3 escort 5dr ghia, alot of body work been done, 2 new wings sills repaired, engine bay painted in ford olympic blue, have the paint to do the rest of the car. I have the projct thread on here https://passionford.com/forum/restor...c-project.html


the spec is its got a 1.8 silvertop zetec, stainless manifold, 2.0 throttle body, 2.0 cams, brand new engine mount, 2 brand new vibra technics gearbox mounts, ashley full system, koni suspension, cossie 4x4 calipers, cossie 288mm discs, converted to studs, all welding has been done so is solid, all filler work is done, primed ready for paint, have 3.5 litres white base coat, 3/4 litre of ford olypic blue. pair of rs turbo seats and standard rears. boxes of parts just need putting back together. also has a rs1600i rear spoiler. all work has been done by a profesional panal beater. looking for about £800 ono.

What exactly is required to do finish it?

 

Wire up ecu, paint, and put back together.

 

Put it back together? What needs doing? does the shell roll?

ECU, whats it running? standard or aftermarket?

 

Yeah it's all stripped down for paint, yeah the shell is rolling all painted and aftermarket suspension. Just a standard ( desk ) zetec ecu.

wheels?
brakes fitting?
painting
bumpers putting on
seats
seatbelts

 

Wheels and brakes are fitted mate. It has rs1600i wheels painted ford frozen White. I have everything to finish
