I've noticed that a lot of Escort Cosworths have had the Morette twin headlight conversion, was this something Ford did? Or just a real popular modification to do to an Escort Cosworth?

Is it simple to change the Morette's back to standard headlights?

And by simple I mean if you went to a garage and asked them to do it they'd charge the same or a similar amount to having a standard headlight replaced like for like.

Any help or advice appreciated.

ford never fitted them as standard,not too bad to refit normal ones as they use the orig plugs/fittings, just an extra live and earth to remove to do the job properly,the bottom bolts are a tvat to get at though! nick
