Default Who has paint shop pro 9???

As title i have a copy of paint shop, but need help in re-sizing pics???

Help..................as the re-size bit just does not make sense.

press

shift + S

then make sure its set to percent

then enter the value you want it to be

ie 60% will be 60% (40% smaller) of the original size picture

anyone got any good tutorials for photoshoping cars for PAINTshop, im d.laoding photoshop as we speak as got laods for that

But how do i change a pic that is say 1040 x 860 pixels down to sig size (say 140 x 80)
As i did what you said, but the pic did not seem to actually go down, unlike my old program where i stretch/skew or whatever it was!?!?!?!?!

psp auto stretches it to size of screen

again press shift + S but on the drop down select pixels
