Default Turbo timer Question

I have bought a GReddy Turbo Timer and have just fitted it. There was only three wires that go onto the ignition barrel... i fitted them and it all comes on, even reads the Voltage from the battery correctly.
Only problem is when i turn the ignition off the engine doesn't stay on, it switches off! Any ideas what could be up??

LOL. The Turbo Timer needs to see that the Handbrake is on. Get the wire connected and it will work.

all brands of turbo timer i have seen so far have a wire that needs to be wired to the handbrake.

it is a safety feature where if you leave you car running on the timer and some one gains access to the car and attempts to drive off in it when they put the handbrake down the car will cut out!

some people just connect the handbrake wire to earth if they don't want to use this feature

i have the blitz one. it has a built in boost gauge to work out how hard you ave been driving. so it needs plumping into a vacuum hose if you want to use this feature.
