The pipe from the intercooler to TB looks bigger than the one from turbo to intercooler. Any reason for this ?

The quality of Spec-R is second to none, I've got loads of stuff on my S1. I did stop buying at one stage though as his prices went through the roof - a swirl pot that I paid £35 for was retailing for something like £115 at one stage £35 was cheap I know, but the increase as a percentage did make my eyes water a bit ! Still, you gets what you pays for, and as I said Spec-R are THE best in my view, bar none.

It's bizarre. AGES ago, I thought Spec R stuff was shit. Their header tanks, breathers etc... always looked 'boxy' and flimsy. Highly polished too so a pain to keep clean. I always prefered the tarcal stuff.

These new interwarmers look quality though!

So the pipe from the intercooler to TB is the same size as your TB then.

What size TB are you using ?

Does pete even use the forum to see you thanking him, would have been easier to text or phone surely?

Intercooler looks good though the new garrett cores he is using are certainly getting great results everywhere.

Because it gave me an excuse to comment about how good pete's garrett cored coolers are, and I was having a go at free advertising for him too as I really rate spec r products as well

No idea mate, scroll up and read my reply.

Got several mates with Spec R coolers and they have ALL been impressed with them, I wasnt having a dig at the product at all, its exactly the sort of thing the ford scene needs, quality parts like that.

In fact I'll probably end up asking pete to make the cooler up for my new clio if I end up getting a custom one done.

Definately one of the good guys so you are mistaken if you think I was taking a pop at him.
