here is the old engine before we took it out.

and here is the car in the garage with the engine out.

Big Andy W trying to work out were the bits go!

Here is the bottom end nearly finished.

but do not run that lash up of a rad pipe
cut and welded at 90 degress will cause cavitaoin and air bubbles to form you need a nice sweeped turn
i know making things yaself is a good idea but that aint right way to do it
other stuff looks mint thow good luck
Hi Brom I didn't make it myself, I wish I could make one
I bought it off Lee at fusion and wasn't aware it was a bad design
what do you mean by "cavitaoin" I have never heard that before.

no mate the water going threw the 90 degree bend will swirl round and try to come back on its self so to speek
not make a blockage but will slow the flow down a little
not a major issue but stick to normal one or get one rolled so its a nice flow

I would tell you, but they aren't that good and I would not recommend the retailer he is a moron.
You can't see from the picture, but they are different colours - one has a matt finish and the other has a shiny finish plus there is a lot of pitting in the finish on the shiny one. I was well disappointed.
I only fitted them because I had to send them back a couple of times due to other things wrong with them and I ran out of time.
I will take them off next winter and get them re-anodised.

Hi Dave
Like in my pictures I had to drop the crossmember down so I could lift the block out from the top, so I had to do the reverse to get it in.
it went in ok but we had to get the engine on the gearbox and lower and wiggle it a bit at a time till it went on.
also we fitted the dif and other bits after.
