What management you running? you need to make sure the ecu can run the correct impedence injectors, vxr injectors seem to be a very popular mod these days on zvh's. Give sitech a bell or pm sas as simon and nick build these in their sleep

hope this helps

VXR's might run out of squirt on a ZVH at 250bhp, better off with Siemens Deka IV's.

Rick is your main man off here as he is the main mapper for project rs and crazycage, project rs was running about 250 but is now knocking on the door of 300, the cage is 350+. They both use these cars as everyday cars so they will know which ones are best for your use, im using dark green cossie injectors on mine, about 380cc i think, not really refined but the cars is not really built for comfort if you know what I mean.

Interesting.

The car in questionis a 2.0l ZVH and has got new uprated fuel pump, turbosmart FPR set at 3.75 bar. Got 300bhp on my rollers and also 301 on Hypertechs DD rolllers. Running batch fire.

Simon.

Yeah it is..
Although i'm only running 3 bar fuel pressure on a stock RST pump and it's a 1.6 CVH also running batch fire, maybe that coupled with a slightly lower BSFC on the ZVH is enough to make the difference?
What was peek duty on those injectors at that power?
