go for an airtec, bolt-on with no issues, cheap and performes very well. you need a slightly bigger inlet hose between filter and turbo.

As above airtec RS500 are excellent value for money and work well into the bargain, the outlet from the intercooler could be better aligned, but can be used without adaption, just if airtec gave a shit and moved it a few mm, fit would be 100%, but they don't seem that bothered.

The cooler in the link will do the job, if not going mental power wise would be fine, though the design of the supports doesn't look good where it bolts to the chassis.

Intercooler will be plenty good enough, to go with your very odd spec engine!!
if wanting 350 keep the std compression, and the std .48 housing.
No point imo making it laggy with lower cr and bigger turbine, a t34.48 will happily do 350 all day long.
Up to you what chip you use, but there are others, I much prefer GGR, a few basic things to check and off you go.

Most of the major silicone hose makers should be able to supply one, just have a look on websites for RS500 hose.

Roose hoses will make you almost any size you want for a very good price.

He just made me a custom inlet hose, 63mm intercooler to 70mm TB
