I've got fraud.avsecuritysuite coming up on spybot when I run it.Spybot says its fixed it but it always comes back,anyone else had this virus and got rid of it?

Get a good anti-virus.
Nod32 is good, and you can get a free months trial off the eset website...

 

Only thing that i've come across to recognize it is spybot

Another great piece of very strong anti virus/malware software is called combofix. Free as well, get it from various sites but the one I use is "bleeping computer". Saved me a format and reinstall a few times.

 

turn off system restore,start up in safe mode,delete temp files, run spybot (already updated) remove anything it finds, run ccleaner, run spybot again to be sure, turn on system restore if spybot finds nothing, create restore point , restart in normal working mode
