Very doubtful, as the pins have a sharp edge cut at an angle into them that engages with the tangs inside on the side of the stereo, the pins are only a few quid from halfords etc.
Nice looking stereo by the way, is that a std ford fitment ?, I assume underneath is a graphic ?, can you get a std ford head unit in the cossie that has remote CD changer operation do you know ?

ive used anything that will go in there, allen keys, welding rods and the likes lol but the proper keys are the besf for it as they grip the stereo and pull it out.

Ill go to halfords then, just wanted to save time really cant find my old ones.

It is the standard stereo that comes with it and the amp under it. Not sure about getting standard from ford. Would be nice though.

Im not changing this one by the way, it just dont work so i want it out to play with and get working again.

Thanks for the help

Iirc 3mm Allen keys did it for me,I've sometimes found them better than the proper tools!!!

I have exactly the same setup for my Saph cos so I'm pretty sure that's the original stereo?

Yeah as said they are cheap enough in halfords, that was if you were just stuck.

All of the above will work fine, if using the proper tools, then push them in hard to make sure they are properly engaged, then pull the handles apart to squeeze the locking tabs in before pulling. Makes it a lot easier!
