hi i am selling a tool for removing the bottom crankshaft pulley.this tool bolts on the 3 holes on the pulley and by winding the bolt in in the middle it pulls the pulley off.i used one of these to do the cam belt on my car and it worked great.please check that your bottom pulley has the 3 m8 bolt holes this tool requires as a friend of mine just did the cam belt on a saph and the bottom pulley didnt have the holes in it.

The thing to do is when the pulley is off, is to remove the woodruff key, then lap the pulley to the crank nose, this not only removes the rust but makes the surface nice and a minute amount smaller, I use fine valve grinding paste, takes about 10 minutes, my pulley now is a dead snug fit and comes off with 1 finger pressure dead easy, when putting back on smother the crank nose with coppaslip or similar makes it come off perfect next time.
As said though the tools are ace.

i used a gear puller on mine worked a treat allthough i did have to remove the rad and intercooler to get it in then i wet and dryed it with 2000grade paper for a few minutes till it slid on easy
mine were easy untill the last one, and gonna be a bitch to remove methinks lol. Making my own one up similar to that one at some point as i dont want to have to remove rad etc to use a puller!! ive got some round metal plates already drilled so just need to get a bolt the right size and weld a nut to the middle of the plate!
