Default Timing Belt Identification Help

Trying to help a friend find a timing belt for his 1996 prelude 2.2

It is an import and engine code is F22B, tho the motor factors said it could be either BA8 or BA9.

Does anyone know where this BA8/9 would be so i can check to see which tensioner he needs to get?

They dont keep the parts so cant order both as they wont accept returns on the one thats not used.

Thanks

BA8 and BA9 uses the same cambelt and tensioner, the balance belt is the same but the balance belt tensioner is different between the BA8 and BA9

Yeah thats what the motorfactors said but where on the car or tax book does it say if its a BA8 or a BA9?

Is there 2 belts and 2 tensioners needed for the full timing belt kit then?

I haven't a clue where you'd find that info, its probably on the chasis plate but being an imported car I don't know where it'd be.
