escort gti idle lumpy problems

Hi can anybody help my escort gti has just started running lumpy on idle i have changed the plugs but dony know what to do next.......

iscv = idle valve = very common

if like a focus under the inlet manifold, easier to reach from underneath

as stated above its under the black plastic inlet manifold held on by a plug and 2 x 8mm bolts
