i cant see that being fwd with a time like that and such a low terminal!! be nice to find out more tho.

Lol as above....if it is fwd which seems highly unlikely it'd be rather embarrassing for the big power fwd guys, with the low terminal it must be 4wd though surely!!!

 

looks like exhaust in the middle and bottom of gearbox to the right so looks fwd to me i could be wrong tho

 

Looks like a heatwrapped downpipe thats under the car... and the tyres don't look like slick/road legals either, so its got to be a 4WD or possibly a very well set-up RWD conversion. I'd be very surprised if its FWD.

Quite a narrow track to be 4x4 YB power especially in a Fiesta. Someone must know if its FWD or 4x4 ?

Terminal indicates low power, so must have an excellent launch

The down pipe set up does look FWD. Love to know what it is running though.

I am 4wd and my best is 12.063 at 112.66mph with 300bhp, so I'd be surprised if he isn't 4wd unless he's a much more powerful 11.x fwd car that backed off towards the end.

haha yeah, plus he's not gone hard core and kept the stock Si seats which must weigh a bit.



Cant see a intercooler in there either. Wonder if its a charged ST170 lump?

It does look like it's got a cradle and a downpipe so possibly FWD. Unless maybe Mondeo 4WD running gear or similar?

im very interested like people have said find it hard to believe its fwd with the terminals but to look at it suggests it is confused.com someone on here must know this car ????

That picture was taken when the car was running 16 second quarters. So it's pointless speculating what spec it is based on that picture - It could look completely different now.

 

Ive tried... he works in I.T thats about I could trawl up on the net.

Car was sold in 2007, Santa Pod have been notified of the error in the listing

 

So it wasnt running this year...

it wasnt doing 11.9s

 

Says on the link it ran the 11.9 on the 3rd of July this year and is currently 16th in the street challenge tables. Thats one hell of a typo on their part if true lol

 

The typo was based on the CC number on the back of the car (castrol challenge number).. the other details were just pulled from the database.

 

Its a 16second fiesta!

 

Would of been nice if it had done an 11.9 fwd could have got some tips of him
