Massive thanks to Wenny, really helped me out of a bit of a pickle today!

I'd bought a new shell for my Time Attack build and was really struggling to sort the logistics of collecting/storing it as i'm a few weeks behind schedule due to a nasty bout of food poisoning

Wenny to the rescue:


He picked it up for me today

Not only that - but because the shell had sat outside for a few weeks and got a bit mucky inside - he also gave it a little TLC!

Yes Andy, the compound charged engine is going into this new shell - it's being built as a pure race car now. No road car luxuries

I've just started my second year of my Autosport Technology degree*

*And spent my student loan on the new shell

 

so u dont need me to clean it then lol

Based on an ST170 engine it's a fully built engine, custom ground billet cams, GT3076R feeding a Powerworks M62 supercharger, 1000cc injectors etc.

should be interesting then, i've just had my focus rs converted to take cosworth 4x4 engine and running gear and is going to be 100% track. hopein to enter it into time attack aswell

Haha - the Escort RS Turbo was binned on safety grounds - A lot of the parts found their way on to the Focus project and it's that very same Focus project that is now effectively being reshelled for the Time Attack car.
