civic type r engine.k20a2 with a jackson racing supercharger.306bhp with 202lbs torque.940kg.it was a beast

 

i bet that was nuts an sounded amazin

 

at the mo still running a standard focus rs lump, but will soon see 300bhp

 

nice, are they hardto convert?

 

nah quite easy tbh if you got all the bits , which is the only hard part tbh

the conversion can be done for less than 3k if you do it yaself

 

heres my 2,i built the 2 door saloon,chipped and cam'd 2.0 16v,the 2nd i bought,2.5 v6 180 bhp v6 engine.both very fast and upset a lot of jap stuff,even bikes found it hard to keep up with the v6 on thetwisty roads!



and my old s2 cabby,i built it myself,194 bhp at the fly.very low miles and was mintier then lysterine!

I bet that Civic is comically fast... I had a B18'd EG Civic (which was prob far heavier than that EG) and it was quick, what sort of times does it put down on the 1/4 mile? Are you using a Quaife LSD in the 6-spd box?

There is a lot of room in the engine bay, so space for the K20 shouldn't be a problem... but how much do all the other bits, loom, ecu, mounts, shafts etc all cost for this conversion mate??
