Does any one know if the serpentine belt pulley will fit the V belt power steering pump ?

99.9% sure it does, never known a difference in pumps so each pulley fits the one pump ?

I don't suppose you know the rough O.D of the crank pulley for the serpentine belt cosworth engine ?

I'm using a 2wd cosworth power steering pump on my V8 5 door and have a feeling that the V8 crank pulley might overspeed the power steering pump

No, I don't have a serpy to hand to measure either, unless the crank pulley is a huge amount bigger it will be ok, I've used the std pully pump crank pulley at 7800rpm.
