Default 2003 Focus Tdci Sport

I've recently gotten the aforementioned focus tdci sport and had to get it running right,so far it's had a full service( filters etc..etc..) then a camshaft sensor as it would sometimes just die while it was being driven....all seemed to be ok but the more I drive it the more I'm sure it's down on power or at the least it doesn't seem to pull like my other diesels I've had.in first gear even if I nail it it seems sluggish and doesn't even brake traction,in second gear the little boost it has seems to come in late up the rev range maybe between 2750 unto 4500/5000 rpm, third gear the same.am I wrong in assuming the power from the turbo cutting in should be further down the rev range?on a private road it manages to get unto a clock reading of around 120 which I would assume is right for a ford tdci...is this right or wrong?
It's not showing any fault codes at all....but it just doesn't seem right to me

Any suggestions please?????????
