Do it Rob,springs are worth the cash,so is an adjustable rear beam to make it handle even better. I swore my big monet spending was done after the engine but ive still done 3k this year lol.

As already said Koni's with Bayjoo springs best set up imo before coilovers, to an earlier question you can lower 4x4's but if you go too low then you get the front driveshaft popping out issue athough it can be solved by fitting xr4x4 shafts as they slightly longer but won't happen with bayjoo springs.

KSA-Cossie loving the comps mate but can I just ask what offset are they and what size tyres you use, do they rub at all or have arches been rolled only asking as I might be able to get my hands on a set for mine.

can you fit cosworth suspension to a non-cosworth? or are the hubs different ect, ive got a 1.8 glx but the better suspension setups seem to only be for a cosworth

Yep any 2WD strut will fit any 2WD hub just watch overall tyre size as the Cosworth has a lower spring pan.
