Default My non custom S1 n cos intercooler

I am the third owner and the car still has all its original panels and paint

I am in the process of fitting my 4x4 cosworth intercooler at the mo

The fitting begins

as you can see there is a small amount of rust along the seam and surface rust on the underside of the front panel but these will be rubbed down and repainted

Updates will follow as progress is made

Heres an up-date. These were taken a couple of days ago so are a bit out of date but my next up-date should be with the car all completed

As you can see I have been working in all weather

How are you going to fit it? Your pipe is going to the left, but it doesn't suit straight to your intercooler... Have you got a custom silicone hose???

I hope you understand this... I don't know the name of some stuff in english.. I got a Front Mounted being prepared to fit on my S2, but with that the suiting are straight and Pace delivered a suitable hose with it...

Greetz Ramonster...
