Cool TDCI Tuning, limits?!

Hi all, im new and looking at getting a 1.8 tdci focus

Had a quick search and just wondered what you can do to them to add power?

People just seem to say remap and dont go any further,

Has anyone bothered to go further? whats the max bhp someones had from a TDCI?

Surely if you could get, open cone, bigger injectors, decat, freeflow zorst then a remap you would get big gains? let along hybrid turbos??

Just throw your thoughts on here, and i know people will say, why bother, its a diesel.....but why bother to do anything?? Because its something new to get involved in and excited about!!

Thanks in advance

SJ

Limits? Around 150 bhp, but think about poxy DMF and injectors will fail before the engine will. Funny enough 1.8 tddi (75-90bhp) has got the same internals as 115 tdci... quite robust engine.
