who does a good quick shift set up for the t5 box?

my old saph had quick shift and it felt really good i might fit it to my escort but i cant remember what kit it had fitted..

who rates what?
can it be fitted with out taking the box out??

not as easy to fit in a mt75 as in to a t5----fitted one in mine years ago-works ok feels ok but what a ball ache fitting it.
