Ebays just the devils work lol

Always wanted one so had a little bid.... Check the period carfone lol. Was owned new by a Major in the army, always been to Jaguar for ALL work!.

my old man bought one back in the day, same year as this but in the bronze colour, must have been a good 25 years ago I guess, i loved it!!

Its very very clean, had a Ł5000 restoration few years back.

I use my taxi every day so its only really a Sunday car, wifes a little unsure lol

my old man used to have a white one and a daimler in white too he used to have a wedding car business, i used to love traveling in the back of it, i remember seeing concorde flying over us on the motorway whilst sitting in the back of the jag

there good tbh average 18 around town about 25 on a run my first v12 was on su carbs and that would do 6 around town and about 10 on a run but that was when petrol was around 45p a litre and still used go through Ł200 a week in juice

The 2 4.2 S3's I had would struggle to get 16mpg. Maybe just about top 20 on a good run very occasionally. One of them was a like new minter, the other was a bit of a shed, but compared to modern big engines, these had a REAL thirst. I have no problem getting 28mpg out of a 6.0 Monaro.

Beautiful looking cars the Series 3 though, and appreciating now too. Still remember the day my old man bought his brand new one home. Silver with red leather that one.

I cant see the pics due to work internet filter (arse) but I assume its a Jag like the one out of Lock Stock & 2 smoking barrells? The 1 Vinny Jones drives.
