Ok I have a photobucket a/c which I have uploaded photo's on to however how do you then get them from there to a post here??

I'm taking it you click on the insert image part and then it brings up the box asking you to enter the URL address of the pic, if I click on the link option of the pic on photobook it then gives me a list with loads off address's for the pic, I have tried copying the link of the URL one for bulletin boards and forums then pasting it to the relevant bit here but when I preview the thread it is just a box with red cross

Can someone point me in the right direction.
