Can't say much on here but I need some legal advice regarding my ex and my home and the joint mortgage, Can anybody point me the right direction

Contact a local, family law solicitor, they usually offer a free 30 minute consultation...

start with the right facts from the off...

any way you look at it, its gonna cost ya. dependng on who's keeping the house or you're selling it mate. best advice i can give you is try an sit down with your ex and work out whay you wanna do , and then go to solicitors and tell them so they can execute your instructions. if you cant do this it will get dearer as solicitors letters dont come cheap
