Was going to fit the alloy ones but the standard bushes seem in good order (and didn't want to come out easily, lol) so wandered if it was worth the hastle.
Last thing i want is vibration as its mainly going to be a road car.

I fitted a set of those just before I went to the ill fated Brunters day, and to be fair I didn't notice any difference (the old rubber ones were shot.)
Put the new alloy ones in and it drove just like it did when the rubber ones were in good nick.

if i was you gav leve the ford ones in as your car is going to be a road car and you need it to be as smooth as pos . just put them in when the ford ones are shot
The job the rack bushes do it's not going to be subject to anything untoward vibration wise, esp after going through several other bits before the steering wheel, they wouldn't imo cause anything that stands out vibration wise either through the car or at the wheel.

ps I've fitted some but not driven them yet, the old ones are dead easy to get out, if engine is in the car use a long bolt/studding and socket to pull them through, if engine not in car, just use a drift and knock out downwards.
