I have put together in a little video showing how I was black flagged recently.
basicly Whilst racing at cadwell I was given black flag for going off the track on 2 occasions.
Never seen a touring car driver given a black flag for putting 4 wheels off the track!!
Didn't gain an advantage at all infact the cars behind me gained about 4 seconds on me!
After the race I was summoned to the clerk of the course to explain myself!!

How the fuck do they think you are gaining an advantage from that?! Did they not see the BTCC at Silverstone where Plato and co were using the tarmac run off at Copse every lap?!

 

I watched some Mazda mx5 racing on motors tv today,where certain drivers did far worse than you with no action taken

just out of interest what class race is it. what do you need licence and car to take place?
and as for the penalty? no place or time gained! a bit lost if aything?

 

you need an MSA national B licence to race in the northern saloons and yes you need your own car!

if you were black flagged for gaining an unfair advantage, its a load of bollocks ste. if you were cutting corners on the INSIDE, fair enough, but how are you gaining an advantage, when you understeer off, to the OUTSIDE, its the LONGWAY round, and is going to make your laptime LONGER

 

I was blackflagged for breaking the rule "all 4 wheels off the track"
which I cannot really argue with
