hi does anyone know if 500bhp is achievable with a standard 2wd inlet manifold or is it just to restrictive? many thanks

 

I'm affraid not.You will need at the very least a small turbo escort(eeciv) inlet plenum and spacer,other options are RS500 inlet(expensive),a hart plenum and there are a few others on the market aswell,so plenty of choice out there.

A normal 4x4 saph/BT escos inlet and spacer will work.

No need to blow loads of money on anything else!
