Default Co. up & down

Having some probs with the Co. as it's going up and down, have checked lambda but it's ok, what else is first to check???

All sensors seem ok, only i've noticed that with the lambda sensor connected the car idle's erratic and with the sensor unplugged it idle's perfect at 950rpm

How's best to check for possible airleaks, and are there any common places for airleaks??

maybe check the wiring/ earth on the lambda mate
