Default Paypal??

Seemingly my paypal account is being used too much. They want me to verify my account with them, i think this means you have to set up a direct debit with them. Whats this all about?
Is that normal? and who's done this already?
HELP please as i have things to pay but unsure about this lol

Cheers guys

Totally normal, just to prevent fraud etc

Bit of a ballache though as they are still using fax machines for half of the verification

All normal stuff
They will pay in two amounts ( normally 7p and 11p or thereabouts) and once they are in your account you have to post the amounts up on the link they provide and thats it.
