had a mate come up the other nite and ask me if there was a difference between a rear saph bumper and a hatchback bumper. can anyone shed any light on this please?

 

Are you on about size wise for fitting or visually ?

If its visually then yes they are different mate.

Number plate lights on a 3 door sit in a recess where on a Saff they sit on the lip but cannot really see this causing any problems.

theres a diff in size too. Sapphire one is about an inch longer

 

What he ^^ said, also the rear lights are not interchangeable obviously MK1 and 2 are totally different anyway, but the saphs are thicker.
