Are all cossie cranks and rods the same betwee the 2 and 4 wheel drive

I understand the 4wd cranks are different to 2wd, the nose is slightly longer and narrower on the 4x4 so you need to use the correct crank pulley to match the crank, but internally the measurements are the same.
