Toe-In
My Sapph is now set up with Konis front and rear, Bayjoo fast road springs, poly bushed, 22 mm RARB, MSD diff mount etc,
Mike Rainbird said to set the alignment up parallel for about 500 klms and then adjust to 2 mm toe-in.
Is that 2 mm each side or 2 mm total (1 mm each side)?

That will be total, ie 1mm each side.
Best way is to try a few different settings, as each car can be different, ford tolerances were not the tightest in the world, someone at the factory mistook thou for metres ha ha!!
