all going well until it comes to dizzy wiring, got the coil and dizzy wired up but am left with a green and a brown wire with no where to send them, want to do away with the coil pack moduale, all help gratefully recived
im thinking green is rev counter feed and must have an ignition live to coil so that could be brown wire, any1 know
also will be running on twin 40s should i power fuel pummp on a switch or from the coil???

done this one years ago, there should be a 5 pin plug to take a subloom for the coil etc, but not always there on late models. with regards to the rev counter, you may need to change to earlier xr3i/turbo clocks as the coil-pack models rev counter will run at half speed. if your coil/dizzy are wired up correctly you should have used a green(-coil) and black(+coil) for coil; these two pair over onto dizzy and a brown from dizzy to earth. this may leave you with a spare green from the original edis module loom shouldnt require connecting. btw if your left with a green/brown wire, this is usually your oil pressure light.
