Eventually tracked down a set of arch extensions for the mondingo. there very rare over here, were fitted to all australian ST24's as standard, and were available in germany. managed to track down a brand new set, ford box, bags, instrusctions, the lot. wont be everyone's cup of tea, but i like them. bought some of that 3M Carbon Fibre Di-Noc aswel, and did my base plates on my mirrors, and rear door sails

funny you should say that steve, thats what gave me the idea. i had a spare MK3 ZS extensions from when i had my ZS, went and tried it for size, fitted perfect, thought reet, ill buy another and put them on. well, that was until i went to ford to buy one, and they wanted Ł58, on principle alone, i refused to pay that, so kept my eye out for these, and low and behold, a set popped up, ive had my eye out for them for months, but there likes hens teeth, second hand sets dont even pop up for sale, so when i seen these, i thought im having them. they were Ł75, but when you could get them from ford austrailia, and ford germany, which you cant anymore, they were Ł120 a set.

aye mate, i know of two other sets in the country, doesnt mean there isnt more, there will be, but i know a few people on the mondeo scene, and from what/who i know, there is me, nick the greek, and another lad that have a set.

 

first game could go either way mate ,as you say let the best team on the day win

going to be fun in my dads house tomorow watching the game,da and me arsenal and my bro and son liverpool ,lets just say it gets interesting lol

 

i can imagine mate, im actually going to miss the game as im going to a local ford meet, and before you say it, yes, i should be watching it, and im ashamed of myself.

It is a bit tacky like bri, might change it for 200 carbon effect, saying that, my door handles are walnut aswel, so ill need to change them.
