Noticing a pattern here lol wot causes a shell to spin?

I need good rods but wot bolts to use?

 

Usually lack of lubrication, or overheated oil, apart from the obvious incorrect clearance, only ever had one spin, that was on a 18RG-R engine, but was due to overheated oil and loss of oil film causing friction.
