I bought a gearbox off a PF member through the forum back in feb this year.
when i recieved it the box turned out to be a completed Fucked box and did not comtain a quaife diff like stated, so i asked for the money back which he advised he would do so.
As of yet i have sent hime numerous pms, phone calls and no replies!
I dont want to be out of pocket of 360 and it has now been 6 months.
what are my options?
how can i get this sorted?

this happens all too often. Yet people get funny when u ask them for more pictures. You cant always go by one little picture can you.

EDITED to say, if someone is found to rip people off on this forum do the mods stop them from having gold membership again?

 

if that was his ebay details get them off ebay and go to his house either smash the cunt in or take something off him

 

i purchased this box throu d4 rst as he pm'd him about the box orginally and kept contact with him. i did not buy this through ebay - mathew m just had it on there aswell.
i have now pm marky3d to see if i have some resolution!

Depending on what he told you the box was and in condition the seller appears to have commited an offence of fraud by false representation, a criminal offence. You could make a complaint to Police.
