Rear arch rot and near where the rear beam fixes to the car.
The 1.3 engines are pretty strong. Oil cap has a habit of trapping condensation and leaving the white mayonnaise-like yunk usually associated with head gasket failure.
Heater control valves can be dodgy, causing blowers to stick on hot or cold

Rust at bottom of "a" piller.
Rust at the rear of the door rubber along the bottom.
Rear arches.
the usual brakes service record.
heater control valve can be problemmatic.
Engines are fairly strong if a little old and not mosilvy powerful. personally id look for a 1.25 zetec.

Edit dan beat me too it.

the engines do go for miles if its been looked after. my 1st car was a mk5 1.3 and that took a pasting.
they can be a little tappy too. but this might be the valve clerances they are easy to check and adjust.

think ball joints go reguarly on them also but in the main aside from rot they tend to just keep going and going.
