Hi people,

I'm looking for an other daily driver. I've had a 2005 Mondeo TDCI (2.0), but sold it 2 weeks ago.

Now I'm thinking of buying a Focus 2.0 TDCI (136bhp / 2006) with the engine from PSA or buying a Mondeo 2.2 TDCI (155bhp / 2005).

What's the best to buy, in other words what's the most reliable engine. I've done 270.000km in my previous Mondeo TDCI and never had any prob's. I've sold it to soon

I know the Focus 1.6 TDCI has a weak engine with a lot of problems. But what about the 2.0?

The focus handles better. The mondeo has the better engine. You WILL miss the power.
