Wiring injectors to omex..(Bike tb's)

Wiring injectors to omex..(Bike tb's)
Hello, i've got a fiesta zetec s that i'm fitting gsxr 1300 'busa throttle bodies to very soon, they have been adapted to fit a car and ive got most of the bits I need, but i'm stuck with wiring the injectors in.
My car is currently running omex 600 which is piggybacked into the ford ecu/loom.
All the loom under the bonnet is still ford...basically, do I wire the bike injectors into the ford stuff under the bonnet, or do I bypass all that, fuck the ford stuff off and go straight to the omex? Theres 2 pins from the omex with 2 wires in each for injectors 1 and injectors 2 (I presume 1&4 and 2&3)
Probably a silly question, but i'm pretty stumped.
