Hi, have a 1986 sierra cosworth, when engine get s up to normal operating temp it starts to splutter under acceloration and wont rev out almost like a rev limiter but too low in the revs for it to be that ,,any ideas? it s fine for the first half hour of driving though help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

stick sum redx in it. might b sumthing in the engine givin up kinda thing, or sumthing stickin to sumthing else

 

Check your co, then new cts and or fuel filter.

Yep, get the co checked soon - could also be the blue temp sender to the ECU.

 

is it not the air flow meter as ive got a corsa that was doing that now its all sorted
