Wiring is not the same. TPS sensor is different and wiring is switched and a 4x4 also has an Oxygen sensor (green top) and a knock sensor.
You should be able to run the engine with your sensors (including TPS) and ecu and without Oxygen sensor and Knock sensor.
Depending on the manifolds and turbo you use, you may need a remap.

You could use the 4x4 exhaust manifold and turbo - if it fits the exhaust.
Advantage is no more turbo damper. Disadvantage is the form of the manifold. The 2wd drive one is better - maximum torque at a lower rev range, probably more power also.
It all depends on how far you go. Standard, stage 1?
You also might need a remap to do this.
