Put car on ramps or jack up.

Unclip indicator and fog light connectors.

Remove front grill from car.

Remove 3x plastic clips from the front of each arch liner and 2 from up each
arch edge.

Put arm inside arch liner and undo 10mm bolt from bottom of headlight.

Remove 2x bolts from top of headlight, un clip loom connector and remove headlights.

Remove 4x plastic clips from rear of the undertray.

Remove 3x nuts from inside edge of bumper/wing and remove plate also (both sides)

Press down on retaining lugs on the top of the bumper and pull forward, the bumper
should now come off

Make sure you put the undertray back on properly phillis, they have a habit of coming off on the batheaston bypass, and on the FRS they are rare as rocking horse shit and bloody expensive!
