My AH doesn't line up with the turbo so needs cutting and welding and the exit modding for my the inlet, and it weighs a ton, I'm not impressed, it doesn't flow as well as a pro alloy end tank either- its not as smoothly rounded, any comparable weights of the pro alloy parts in grams?

I would be looking at the best not the lightest, if you have under 500hp dont bother with the turbo cooler as this only adds weight.
As most are made with sim cores and end tanks a AH would be close to a Pro alloy.

Even when running antilag Mark? I only fitted the turbo cooler when I had the anti lag to help the water temps. I have now fitted and oil cooler and new thermostat which have helped so maybe try without the cooler for a while again? Temps were an issue at high engine speed RPM while at low rolling speed MPH

Proper ALS is slighty diff so you need to keep a eye on it,
What do you mean low rolling speed and high rpm.

While drifting in 1st and 2nd gear on the standard limiter with little forward movement, maybe 40MPH forwards? the oil temps went high, oil pressure lower, water temps off of the scale and fans on constant. That was without the MSD mild ALS on or an oil cooler though.
I now have a 13 row oil cooler and MSD fan switch and 82 degree thermostat, so maybe try without the water cooler this time
