I'd leave a while to settle down first height wise, say a good month or fuse to really settle height wise, a slight arse in the air attitude is ok, that's how mine is(on coilovers).

Read in a suspension set-up guide in Fast Ford a while back that the back should be an inch higher than the front

Who knows? Like Tabetha said, give it a chance to settle in as well, or fill up your fuel tank

I run mine between 3/4" and 1" higher at the rear, mainly due to being better on speed bumps etc with people in the car.
