Default Ford Focus 1.8i 2000 pulls to the left

Hi all

Been a while since I posted, but I have a minor issue with my Ford Focus 1.8i (2000 model).

Basically the car pulls to the left so that I need to hold the wheel a little to the right at all times. If I centre the steering wheel (Ford badge horizontal, lined up with dashboard, as I used to), the car will veer left quite badly. This happens at all speeds and at all times, not just during braking.

I have done the following and have found no improvement:

- Tracking.

- Ensured tyre pressure is equal in both front and rear tyres.

- It's not just the camber of the road, I'm aware roads in the UK are angled left. When I test the veering I hold on to the wheel.

- Tread is even on both front tyres and back. No excessive wear to any of them.

Does anyone have any ideas or advice on what I should try next?

Cheers

Has it recently started happening or has it always done it? Not clouted any kerbs and bent anything?

same thing happens in my 1.8. Take a look at the front wheels, does it look like the camber on the front right its alot more negative than the front left?

If so, u can get camber adjustment plates to correct this, but it prob means the front subframe is bent slightly

Check that the brake pads aren't sticking on the front left side.
Check the track rods (not ends) aren't bent, both sides.
Check the front shock absorber isn't bent where it fits into the knuckle (hub assembly), this alters the camber if bent.
Check the bottom suspension arm isn't bent or the rubber mounts aren't breaking up.
