someone kick me up the arse to get my s2 on the road

cant find the motivation to get the s2 fixed, i did cossie brake conversion leavin std drums on the rear, bled the system but when i let go of brake pedal there is a knocking noise on the rear drivers drum, then left it unfixed, this was like 2 months ago, really wanna drive tho!!!

im by no means wealthy or got plenty of spare cash but i bought my rst 2 months ago.
just spent £1800 gettin a good ford man i know to sort her out for mot (the car hadnt been on the road for 2 years.
plus a nice rebuilt tuned engine
shes been gone a month now and i get her back tomorrow cant bloody wait

could be a few things
if you are confident the brakes are correctly bled up (if only changing front calipers you shouldn't have had to touch the backs)
are the rear shoes correctly adjusted up?

jacked the rear wheels up so fluid could come through, im going to get it fixed this weekend, cant see me using it now for the summer due to insurance but ill get it wrapped up in cotton wool for next may!!!!
